Safarí Guided Nature Walks

Safarí guided nature walks are based in Connemara specifically the area along Galway Bay known as Cois Fharraige (lit. 'by the sea')

The Connemara region is characterised by large expanses of bog, a long and winding coastline with many beaches and inlets, and stonewalls which grace the boundaries of the patchwork fields and along the myriad of boreens.

Being an irish speaking area or 'Gaeltacht' the everyday use of irish as a first language gives the region a uniqueness which adds to the Safarí experience.

The word 'safari' immediately brings to mind an exciting east African adventure holiday where big game animals are on show. However, Sean's safaris are particularly irish in character where the everyday animals and plants are the stars of the show. The excitement is discovering the wonder in nature all around and we do that by slowing down and going closer.

Lots to see everyday.
Great views and fresh air.
Our wildwest: animals - plants - people.
